The Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) Partnership is a multilateral strategic initiative under Horizon Europe, aimed at fostering the transition towards more sustainable, efficient, resilient, inclusive, innovative and high-quality people-centred health and care systems equally accessible to all.<\/p>\n

Xjenza Malta together with other Research Funding Organisations from 20 countries, has launched the 3rd<\/sup> Joint Transnational Call to financially support R&I projects. Entities based in Malta are eligible to apply for up to \u20ac 500,000 in funding, enabling them to join a consortium and submit a proposal for this Call (N.B. if multiple national partners are included in a single consortium, the total funding for all Maltese participants combined cannot exceed the \u20ac500,000 cap).<\/p>\n

This Call for proposals, entitled <\/strong>\u201cBetter care closer to home: Enhancing primary and community care<\/strong>\u201d, <\/strong>aims to strengthen primary and community health and care systems and to provide policymakers and decision-makers with the necessary knowledge and tools to govern the transitions needed in the primary and community care sector.<\/p>\n

Proposals are expected to address one of two sub-topics:<\/p>\n
