The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-era.net\/joint-calls\/joint-call-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M-ERA.NET Joint Call 2026<\/a><\/strong> is now open \u2014 with particular emphasis on clean energy technologies, future batteries, circular economy, and the integration of digital technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Malta-Based entities are eligible to apply for funds up to <strong>\u20ac300,000<\/strong> per project, to join a consortium and submit a proposal addressing one of the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materials for energy storage and distribution systems<\/li>\n<li>Materials for energy conversion<\/li>\n<li>Innovative surfaces, coatings and interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Innovative functional materials with defined architectures<\/li>\n<li>Materials addressing environmental challenges<\/li>\n<li>Next generation materials for electronics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility &amp; Application Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be eligible, applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carefully review the relevant <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-era.net\/joint-calls\/joint-call-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Call text and Guidance for applicants<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Be a Malta-based entity in accordance with the National Rules for Participation (State Aid or Non-State Aid)<\/li>\n<li>Complete and submit a signed National Application Form and supported by the required Annexes as stipulated in the rules.
