Horizon Europe Implementation Event

Xjenza Malta is organising a Horizon Europe Implementation Event in collaboration with the European Commission. The event is at organisations and individuals involved in, or preparing to participate in, Horizon Europe projects.
The event will bring together experts from the European Commission to provide practical guidance on the successful implementation and management of Horizon Europe grants. Participants will gain valuable insights into recent developments introduced under the 2026–2027 Horizon Europe Work Programmes, including simplification measures, lump sum funding, project obligations, audits, and the exploitation of research results.
Topics will include:
- Simplification measures in Horizon Europe
- Lump sum funding and technical reviews
- Financial and legal obligations of beneficiaries
- Ex-post controls and audit preparedness
- Avoiding common implementation errors
- Bringing research and innovation results to market
- Updates to the Funding & Tenders Portal and related tools
