The Research Excellence Programme (REP) is a funding programme targeted at early stage, bottom-up research at a high level of excellence.
The primary aim of the programme is to spur the growth of new knowledge through experimental evidence following scientific hypotheses.
Local Maltese public and private entities are eligible for funding up to a maximum grant of €100,000 for projects over a duration of 18 months ranging from TRL 1-TRL 4.
