Business Plan (BP) Voucher
Il- Business Plan (BP) Voucher provides financial support and expert assistance to help researchers and innovators develop a comprehensive business plan for their innovative product, service or technology.
A well-developed business plan provides a structured roadmap for commercialisation, helping innovators assess their business model, understand their target market, identify opportunities and risks, and establish realistic financial and operational objectives.
The Business Plan Voucher supports beneficiaries in developing a business plan covering key areas such as:
- Executive Summary — An overview of the business, its objectives and the proposed opportunity.
- Company Description and Management — The business structure, key personnel and management capabilities.
- Market Analysis and Strategy — The target market, customer segments, market trends, competitors and competitive positioning.
- Business Model and Financial Plan — Revenue streams, pricing, costs, financial projections and funding requirements.
- Operational and Growth Strategy — Key activities, milestones, resources, risks and plans for future growth.
The completed business plan can provide a valuable foundation for commercialisation, investment and further business development.
